What we take on

How it runs
We start with what the site has to do rather than what it should look like. A brochure site for a professional body and a booking site for a hotel look similar in a wireframe and are completely different products, and the difference shows up in the first week or in the last one.
Then design, then build, then a content management system so your own team can change a price or add a page without raising a ticket. That last part is not an upsell: a site only you can edit is a site that goes stale, and a stale site costs more than it saved.
Payments go through Paystack for naira and Stripe for international cards, integrated properly rather than bolted on, with the amounts settled on the server so nothing a browser sends can change what is charged.
What we insist on
That it loads fast on a phone on a Nigerian mobile connection, because that is how most of your customers will see it. That it is readable by a screen reader. That search engines can crawl it. None of these is an extra, and a site that fails them is not finished.
And that you leave with the ability to run it. Documentation, access to everything, and no part of it locked to us.
