An independent, commission-only arrangement. Partners introduce clients and earn commission on closed engagements. It is a contract relationship, not employment, and it does not lead to a staff role.
How it works
Three steps, and we do the technical half

Apply
Tell us who you already sell to and what you would introduce us into. We review applications weekly and reply by email either way.

Get onboarded
We agree the partner agreement, give you the service and pricing material, and walk you through what we do and, just as usefully, what we do not do.

Close and earn
Register an introduction, we run the technical conversation with you, and you earn commission on the engagement when it closes and is paid.
What we supply
You bring the relationship, we bring the rest
You do not need a technical background to be a good partner here. You need to know who has a problem worth solving.

A technical person on your calls
You are not expected to answer questions about firewalls or migration paths. Bring us in and we will run that part of the conversation with you in the room.

Scoping and proposals written for you
You bring the relationship, we do the scope, the estimate and the written proposal. Prices come from us, so you are never negotiating against a number you had to guess.

Introductions registered in writing
A registered introduction is recorded with a date, so there is no argument later about who brought a client in.

Somebody to ask
A named contact for partner questions, so you are not chasing a general inbox while a client waits for an answer.

This suits you if
- You already sell into organisations with staff, systems and a budget: hospitality, professional bodies, clinics, schools, associations, retail groups.
- You are comfortable making an introduction and staying in the room rather than passing a name over and disappearing.
- You want a commission arrangement alongside what you already do, not a salary.
This is not for you if
- You are looking for a salaried job. This is not one, and it does not lead to one.
- You want to be paid for leads rather than for closed, paid engagements. Commission is on what completes.
- You would rather not be involved after the introduction. The introductions that close are the ones where the partner stays present.

What we ask for
Who you already sell to, and what you would introduce us into. Specific beats impressive: one real organisation you could open a conversation with next month tells us more than a list of sectors.
- We review applications weekly and reply by email either way.
- A CV is optional. Attach one if your background makes the case for you.
- Nothing you send is shared outside Nordaxiz, and you can ask us to delete it.
Commission structure and full terms are in the partner agreement, supplied on request. The agreement is a contract for services: it is not employment, and it does not create a staff role.
