How we handle your data
What we collect, why we have it, how long we keep it and who else sees it. This page is generated from the system itself, so it describes what actually happens rather than what was written down once.
This is a plain description of our systems, not our privacy policy. The privacy policy is the legal document and is being reviewed by our lawyers. Where the two differ, the policy is the one that governs.

Who else sees it
Three companies process data on our behalf. We do not sell anything to anybody, and nothing here is used to advertise to you elsewhere.

What we do to keep it safe
- Your name, email and phone number are encrypted in our database. Somebody reading the database directly cannot read them.
- We record which country a request came from, never the IP address it came from.
- Files you upload are stored outside the public part of the server and are served only to signed-in staff.
- Each of our three applications connects to the database as a different user, with access only to the tables it needs. The public website cannot read staff or client accounts at all.
- Every change to an account or a permission is written to a log that the application itself cannot edit or delete.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to us using it, and withdraw consent for cookies at any time by clearing them in your browser.
Write to hello@nordaxiz.com and say what you want. We answer within one month, and there is no charge.
We will ask you to confirm who you are first, so that nobody else can ask for your data. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to your data protection regulator: the ICO in the United Kingdom, or the NDPC in Nigeria.
